Who we


I’m Karolina, a life long sports enthusiast and qualified Personal Trainer. Growing up, I trained as a professional Trampolinist and competed for 12 years, and this taught me discipline and confidence in achieving your goals.

In 2012 I moved to London to study and graduated with a Sport & Rehabilitation degree. While at University, I started work in local gyms and the London fitness industry, I very quickly found that my passion and success was in helping people achieve their health and fitness goals.

I have worked with 100s of clients helping them to achieve their body fitness and mind strengthening goals, we have achieved so much together. Such as weight loss, muscle gain, posture correction, flexibility and mobility, post-injuries rehabilitation, pre and postnatal, body transformations, stronger minds and general all-round regular weekly fitness that is continually hitting new fitness benchmarks!
